This chapter discusses the current position with sex offender management in the United Kingdom. The current risk tool used by police forces to management and risk assess sex offenders, Active Risk Management System (ARMS) is discussed along with other practices such as reactive management. The authors make recommendations for improvements to the current risk management tool.
