/A Study on the Cultural Resource Value Assessment of Min School Guqin and Cultural Creative Product Development Based on PEST Theory
Abstract

Taking the Min School (Pucheng School) Guqin as the research object, this paper designs a cultural resource value evaluation scale under the PEST theoretical framework, collects first-hand data via questionnaire survey, and performs descriptive statistics, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis with SPSS to quantitatively evaluate the cultural resource value of the Min School Guqin. The study finds that the Min School Guqin has notable strengths in policy support and technology application, yet faces practical challenges including insufficiently unleashed market consumption demand and low audience participation. Based on empirical findings, this paper proposes targeted cultural and creative product development strategies from political, economic, social and technological dimensions, so as to provide practical references for the living inheritance and industrial development of the Min School Guqin, as well as methodological insights for value evaluation and development of similar intangible cultural heritage (ICH) resources.
