Primrose Schools® Collaborates with Emory Healthcare to Bring $3.5 Million Early Education Project to Atlanta

New Primrose School at Emory Healthcare – Northlake Campus Slated to Open This Summer to Meet Critical Child Care Need

ATLANTA, May 21, 2024 — Emory Healthcare employees, Emory University employees and Atlanta residents will soon have a new option for quality early education and care with Primrose School at Emory Healthcare – Northlake Campus, slated to open in summer 2024.

Construction on the new school began in January, which will serve more than 175 children. The employer-sponsored school is a collaborative effort with the Primrose on Premise® division of early education leader Primrose Schools.

Primrose Schools partnered with early education experts to design a learning approach from the ground up that provides a custom learning path for Primrose students.

The STEM-based, research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum at Primrose Schools taps into children’s natural learning processes by combining purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers.

At Primrose Schools, everything in the classroom, including toys, books and even furniture, is purposefully selected to be developmentally appropriate for each age.
