VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SYS6051 OBTAINS CLINICAL TRIAL APPROVAL IN CHINA

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (the 'Company', together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group') is pleased to announce that SYS6051 (the 'Product') developed by the Group has obtained approval from the National Medical Products Administration of the People's Republic of China to conduct clinical trials in China.

The Product is a human tissue factor (TF)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate that binds to tissue factor expressed on the surface of tumor cells, entering the cells through endocytosis to release toxins and kill the tumor cells. The Product is applied as a Class 1 therapeutic biological product. The indication for this approval is advanced solid tumors. Preclinical studies demonstrated that the Product had good anti- tumor effects on a variety of cancers and is expected to exhibit favorable therapeutic effects in subsequent clinical trials.
