Key highlights from 2025 Clear strategic momentum and expansion Immedica strengthened its position as a global rare disease company through the acquisition of Marinus Pharmaceuticals, establishing a presence in the United States and expanding into RARE Neurology . Toward year-end, Immedica also signed a definitive agreement to acquire Neurocrine Group Ltd, adding RARE Endocrinology as a new therapeutic area.
