APPROVAL OF ORELABRUTINIB FOR THE TREATMENT OF RELAPSED

OR REFRACTORY MANTLE CELL LYMPHOMA IN AUSTRALIA

This announcement is made by InnoCare Pharma Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis to inform shareholders and potential investors of the Company's latest business developments.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") is pleased to announce that orelabrutinib (宜諾凱®, HIBRUKA®) has been approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (r/r MCL).

MCL is a distinct subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). It is an aggressive and currently incurable disease with rising incidence. Patients are often diagnosed at an advanced stage with limited treatment options and poor prognosis.

Orelabrutinib is a novel Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor developed by the Company for the treatment of cancers and autoimmune diseases. Its high target selectivity minimizes off-target effects, thereby improving both safety and efficacy.

Previously orelabrutinib has been approved for the treatment of four indications in China, including first-line chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/ SLL), relapsed and refractory CLL/SLL, r/r MCL and relapsed and refractory marginal zone lymphoma (r/r MZL), all of which have been covered in the National Reimbursement Drug List. Globally, orelabrutinib has been approved in Singapore for the treatment of adult patients with r/r MCL and r/r MZL.
