VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT FIRST PATIENT ENROLLMENT COMPLETED IN THE PHASE III CLINICAL TRIAL OF OT-802

This announcement is made by Ocumension Therapeutics (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis to keep the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest business updates of the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the phase III clinical trial of OT-802 (pilocarpine hydrochloride) in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has recently enrolled its first patient. The successful enrollment of the first patient marks an important milestone in the clinical development of OT-802 in the PRC, and demonstrates the Group's commitment to advancing treatment of presbyopia.

OT-802, namely pilocarpine hydrochloride, is an innovative product independently developed by the Company for the treatment of presbyopia. According to preclinical studies, OT-802

demonstrates characteristics of rapid onset and a favorable safety profile. The Group applied the same dual-chamber liquid-liquid formulation technology used in OT-101 (0.01% atropine sulfate eye drop) to OT-802, effectively addressing product stability challenges. The Group possesses exclusive patent rights for this proprietary technology. The phase III clinical trial authorization of OT-802 was accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration of the PRC in June 2025.
