FIBRA Prologis Acquires 590,000 Square Feet in the Mexico City Market
MEXICO CITY, May 29, 2026 — FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, has acquired a building from Prologis located in the Toluca submarket of Greater Mexico City, for an aggregate purchase price of US$94 million, including closing costs. The building is 100% leased in dollars to a global e-commerce player.
