Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, on June 2, 2026, the Company's
registration application for its Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops (0.02% strength, product code: NVK002), for the treatment to slow the progression of myopia in children, has been accepted for evaluation by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (the "TGA") of Australia.
The TGA has formally acknowledged that the Company's application has passed a preliminary assessment and will proceed to evaluation. This application is based on positive data from the Phase III clinical trial conducted by the Company.
ABOUT ATROPINE SULFATE EYE DROPS (NVK002)
Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops (NVK002) are eye drops indicated for slowing myopia progression in children and adolescents. Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops (NVK002) adopts a proprietary formulation that effectively resolves the instability of low-concentration atropine.
This technology is protected by intellectual property rights globally. The eye drops are preservative-free with a 24-month shelf life.
