VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

QX027N OBTAINS TWO CLINICAL TRIAL APPROVALS FOR CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE AND CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS

WITH NASAL POLYPS

This announcement is made by Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis to inform its shareholders and potential investors of an update on the business developments of the Company.

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the long-acting bispecific antibody QX027N injection independently developed by the Company has recently obtained clinical trial approvals from the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration of China (Acceptance Nos.: CXSL2600561, CXSL2600560), intended for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), respectively. The approvals mark the addition of two new respiratory-related indications for QX027N, following atopic dermatitis (AD) and asthma. The Company will accelerate the clinical development of this drug candidate and continue to strengthen its leading position in relevant areas.

ABOUT QX027N

QX027N is a potential best-in-class, humanized IgG1 bispecific monoclonal antibody with subpicomolar affinity for TSLP and IL-13, well-validated targets in immunological conditions. The drug candidate has been engineered to extend half-life and enable less frequent dosing. Through this dual, long-acting inhibition, QX027N is designed to set a new standard of efficacy in immunological conditions such as asthma, COPD, AD and CRSwNP, potentially delivering deeper and more durable disease control than existing approved biologics.

Subject enrolment for the Phase I clinical trial of QX027N in China commenced in December 2025. Dosing for all cohorts has been completed, with favourable safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) data meeting the study's expectations. Phase II clinical trials for multiple indications in China are expected to commence in the second half of 2026.

ABOUT THE COOPERATION WITH WINDWARD BIO GROUP AG

In December 2025, the Company and LE2025 Therapeutics AG (LE2025), an affiliate of Windward Bio Group AG (Windward Bio), have entered into a license and collaboration agreement, granting LE2025 an exclusive right to develop and commercialize QX027N (Windward Bio R&D code: WIN027) globally, excluding mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. In return, the Group will be entitled to receive a total of up to USD$700 million payments, including an upfront payment, an equity interest of Windward Bio, development and commercial milestone payments, plus tiered royalties on net sales of QX027N in the above licensed territory. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has received the relevant upfront payment and the corresponding equity interest of Windward Bio.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
