OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y., Aug. 4, 2026 — Umoja Food For Health and Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) today announced a new partnership that will provide eligible Medicaid members throughout Oswego County with access to medically tailored meals and medically tailored grocery boxes through New York State's 1115 Medicaid Waiver initiative.
