NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2026 — Bit Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTBT) ("Bit Digital" or the "Company") today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, before the market opens on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Senior management will host a live webcast and conference call to discuss the results at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
