CT1190B RECEIVED IND CLEARANCE FROM THE NMPA FOR PATIENTS WITH RELAPSED/REFRACTORY LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA (R/R LBCL) WHO HAVE FAILED AT LEAST TWO PRIOR LINES OF STANDARD THERAPY

This announcement is made by CARsgen Therapeutics Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the "Group" or "CARsgen") on a voluntary basis to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company about the latest business update of the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that CT1190B, an allogeneic CAR T-cell product targeting CD19/CD20, has achieved IND clearance from the NMPA for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least two prior lines of standard therapy. The research results of the IIT of CT1190B have been presented as poster presentation at 2026 Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association. ABOUT CT1190B

CT1190B is a CD19/CD20-targeted allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy developed based on CARsgen's THANK-u Plus® platform. IITs for refractory/relapse B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma are ongoing.
