Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows for July 2026

NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 2026 — Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $102.5 billion at July 31, 2026, an increase of $2.4 billion from assets under management of $100.1 billion at June 30, 2026. The increase was due to market appreciation of $1.9 billion and net inflows of $688 million, partially offset by distributions of $155 million.
