good news! HZ-A-018, a highly brain-penetrating BTK inhibitor independently developed by Hangzhou Hezheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., won the "TOP15 Dark Horse Award for Most Clinical Potential Value" in the "China Pharmaceutical Innovation 15 Years Outstanding Achievement Award" selection!

HZ-A-018 is an oral small molecule BTK inhibitor independently developed by Hezheng Pharmaceutical with high selectivity and high blood-brain barrier permeability. It focuses on the highly unmet clinical field of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) - patients have long lacked effective oral targeted treatment options. Through precise optimization at the molecular level, the blood-brain barrier permeability of the drug has been significantly enhanced, while maintaining high target activity, improving selectivity and safety, and establishing clear technical barriers. At present, the project has obtained breakthrough therapy qualifications, launched domestic key registration phase II clinical research, and is accelerating clinical development. Phase I clinical data show that HZ-A-018 has excellent efficacy and excellent safety. At the same time, the project is also actively exploring potential applications for autoimmune indications.
