CB&I secures new Côte d'Ivoire operations and maintenance contract

ABERDEEN, United Kingdom, Aug. 24, 2026 — CB&I's Asset Solutions business (formerly part of Petrofac) has been awarded a large three-year contract in Côte d'Ivoire*, for the provision of operations and maintenance services.

Under the terms of the contract**, CB&I will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, integrity management and regulatory compliance of a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel offshore Côte d'Ivoire.

Following a structured transition from the incumbent service provider, CB&I will ensure the safe restart and stabilisation of operations; life-of-field asset integrity and reliability; and class certification.

This award is testament to CB&I's technical expertise and track record with FPSO assets, both in Africa and internationally. Through its established presence in Côte d'Ivoire, CB&I has developed a robust in-country supply chain, as well as investing in Ivorian capability development and local content growth.
