(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 22nd meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on April 27, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's Share Repurchase through Centralized Bidding". For details, please refer to the "Announcement on the Plan to Repurchase Shares through Centralized Bidding" disclosed by the company on April 29, 2026 (Announcement Number: 2026-025).
