We audited the 2025 financial statements of Jiangsu Enhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Enhua Pharmaceutical Company"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets on December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements for 2025, the consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, the consolidated and parent company changes in owner's equity statements and related financial statement notes, and on April 16, 2026 On the same day, an [unqualified opinion] audit report with report number Xinhuishibaozi [2026] No. ZA11336 was issued.
