Jilin Province Ji'an Yisheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fifth meeting of the ninth board of directors on February 4, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Use of Idle Own Funds to Purchase Financial Management Products". In order to improve the company's fund use efficiency and make rational use of idle own funds, and on the premise of ensuring daily operating capital needs and fund security, the company plans to use idle own funds not exceeding 50 million yuan to purchase financial products. Funds within the above quota can be used on a rolling basis, with a period of use not exceeding 12 months. The specific situation is as follows:
1. Basic information on using idle own funds to purchase financial products
Investment purpose: To improve the efficiency of capital use, rationally utilize idle funds, and increase the company's income without affecting the company's normal business operations and effective risk control.
Investment amount and investment period: The company plans to use its idle self-owned funds not exceeding RMB 50 million to purchase financial products. The investment period is 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors. Within the above investment amount and investment period, the funds can be used on a rolling basis.
Investment types: The company will strictly control risks in accordance with relevant regulations and conduct strict evaluations of financial products.
