Zhejiang Haixiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the second meeting of the eighth board of directors on April 27, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Use of Idle Own Funds for Cash Management". In order to strengthen capital liquidity management, improve the use efficiency and income level of its own funds, and rationally use idle own funds for cash management. The specific situation is as follows:
1. Overview of investment situation
(1) Investment purpose: In order to improve the efficiency of fund use, without affecting the company's normal operations, rationally use idle self-owned funds to invest in commercial banks, securities companies and other stable financial institutions to invest in products with high safety and low risk, which will help increase the income from idle funds.
(2) Investment amount: The company and its subsidiaries within the scope of the consolidated statements plan to use their own funds not exceeding RMB 100 million for cash management, which can be recycled within the quota range. The transaction amount at any point in the period (including the relevant amount reinvested in the income from the aforementioned investment) should not exceed this quota range.

2. Review procedure
The company held the second meeting of the eighth board of directors on April 27, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Using Idle Own Funds for Cash Management."
