Hangzhou Minsheng Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 11th meeting of the second board of directors on October 28, 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Second Phase of Repurchasing the Company's Shares through Centralized Bidding Transactions". For details, please refer to the "Announcement on the Resolution of the Eleventh Meeting of the Second Board of Directors" (Announcement Number: 2025-049) and the "Announcement on the Second Phase Plan to Repurchase the Company's Shares through Centralized Bidding Transactions" (Announcement Number: 2025-051) disclosed by the company on the cninfo.com (www.cninfo.com.cn) on October 30, 2025.
