Announcement on changes in accounting policies
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete and contains no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
Chongqing Poten Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the seventh meeting of the sixth board of directors on April 2, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Changes in Accounting Policies", agreeing that the company will change the corresponding accounting policies in accordance with the latest accounting standards interpretation issued by the Ministry of Finance. This change in accounting policies does not need to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review. The details of this accounting policy change are now announced as follows:
1. Changes in accounting policies
(1) Reason for change
On December 19, 2025, the Ministry of Finance issued the "Notice on Issuing the "Interpretation of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 19" (Cai Kuai [2025] No. 32) (hereinafter referred to as "Interpretation of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 19") ""), stipulates "About the accounting treatment of compensating assets in business combinations not under common control", "About the accounting treatment of relevant capital reserves when disposing of subsidiaries originally acquired through business combinations under common control", "About the derecognition of financial liabilities settled using electronic payment systems", "About the assessment and related disclosures of the contractual cash flow characteristics of financial assets", "About the disclosure of equity instruments designated as measured at fair value with changes included in other comprehensive income", etc.
(2) Accounting policies adopted before the change
Before this accounting policy change, the company implemented the Ministry of Finance's "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises - Basic Standards" and various specific accounting standards, subsequently issued and revised Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, Application Guidelines for Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, Interpretation Announcements of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and other relevant regulations.
(3) Accounting policies adopted after changes
After this accounting policy change, "About the accounting treatment of compensating assets in business combinations not under common control", "About the accounting treatment of relevant capital reserves when disposing of subsidiaries originally acquired through business combinations under common control", "About the derecognition of financial liabilities settled using electronic payment systems", "About the assessment and related disclosure of cash flow characteristics of financial assets contracts", "About the disclosure of equity instruments designated as measured at fair value with changes included in other comprehensive income", the company will follow the December 19, 2025 The "Standard Interpretation No. 19" promulgated on the same day shall be implemented, and other accounting policies not covered shall remain unchanged.

Effective from January 1, 2026.
2. The impact of this accounting policy change on the company
This change is a corresponding change made by the company in accordance with the latest accounting standards revised by the Ministry of Finance. It is in line with relevant laws and regulations and the company's actual situation. It will not have a significant impact on the company's financial status, operating results and cash flow, and will not harm the company's interests.
3. Opinions of the Board of Directors
The board of directors believes that this accounting policy change is an adjustment made by the company in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance's "Standard Interpretation No. 19" and complies with the relevant provisions. The decision-making process complies with relevant laws and regulations and the "Company Law" and other provisions, and does not harm the interests of the company and small and medium-sized shareholders.
