Noul takes AI blood analysis into regenerative medicine with US partner
AI-based diagnostics company Noul has signed a memorandum of understanding with U.S. regenerative medicine provider Infinite Medical to explore the application of its AI-powered blood analysis solution, miLab BCM, in stem cell therapy and broader regenerative medicine.
Noul said the agreement aims to use its AI-based blood analysis solution, miLab BCM, for quantitative monitoring of changes in patient conditions in regenerative medicine, including stem cell transplantation. The collaboration will also assess the feasibility of data-driven management.
Through this initiative, Noul will expand miLab’s applications. Once limited to hospital-based laboratory blood testing and analysis, miLab will now also track blood changes during regenerative therapy, the company said.

Following this expansion, Infinite Medical recognized miLab BCM’s technological strengths—including automated pre-processing and simultaneous CBC and morphological analysis—and decided to initiate a pilot program.
Next, the two companies will conduct pilot tests in the U.S., collecting and analyzing blood-based biomarker data to assess broader clinical applicability. They will then develop case studies and share findings externally.
“This collaboration is a key step to validate miLab BCM’s potential in regenerative medicine,” Noul CEO Lim Chan-yang said. “It shows our AI image cytometry can move beyond routine diagnostics to new fields like stem cell therapy. We aim to advance miLab and speed up our entry into advanced global markets, using North America as a gateway.”
Noul’s miLab BCM is an all-in-one diagnostic platform that integrates CBC testing with morphology-based microscopic analysis in a single device. Powered by next-generation AI image cytometry, it can detect subtle abnormal cells—including immature granulocytes (IG) and blasts—that typically require separate smear-based testing. CBC testing remains fundamental in screenings and diagnosis, with growing use in drug development and immunology. This broad utility is driving demand in advanced markets.
Infinite Medical operates patient management programs based on regenerative medicine and provides physician training and clinical workflow support. With more than a decade of experience and a strong professional network, the organization continues to expand its footprint in the U.S. market.
The U.S. regenerative medicine sector is rapidly growing, supported by rising demand for personalized therapies and long-term health management. Increasingly recognized as a high-value market that combines non-surgical treatment approaches with wellness-focused healthcare services, it is poised to play a transformative role in the future of healthcare, according to Noul.
