We have audited the 2025 financial statements of Tibet Yimingxiya Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiming Medicine"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets on December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements for 2025, the consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, the consolidated and parent company changes in owner's equity statements and related financial statement notes, and on April 24, 2026 On the same day, an unqualified audit report with report number Xinhuishibaozi [2026] No. ZA12175 was issued.
The management of Yiming Pharmaceutical has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table") in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 - Supervisory Requirements for Capital Transactions and External Guarantees of Listed Companies" (CSRC Announcement [2022] No. 26) and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Business Handling".
It is the responsibility of Yiming Pharmaceutical's management to prepare the summary table and ensure that it is true, accurate and complete. We checked the information contained in the summary table with the accounting information reviewed when we audited the 2025 financial statements of Yiming Pharmaceuticals and the relevant content disclosed in the audited financial statements, and no inconsistencies were found in major aspects.
