Focus on quantity purchasing to improve quality and expand coverage, consolidating the dominant position of leading companies

With the normalization and institutionalization of centralized bulk purchasing, the specialized division of labor in the blood purification industry will be further strengthened, and market share will be further concentrated in large enterprises with sufficient production capacity. Leading enterprises with strong financial strength, R&D capabilities, operational capabilities, and warehousing and logistics capabilities will further increase market share, and industry concentration is expected to increase. As a leading enterprise in the field of domestic blood purification, the company has been selected for projects such as the "Twenty-Three Provinces" Hemodialysis Medical Consumables Alliance Centralized Procurement and the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 3+N" Hemodialysis Consumables Alliance Centralized Procurement and other projects. Since its implementation, it has filled weak markets and consolidated major markets. While completing the agreed purchase volume, it has also obtained some incremental purchases. Before and after the centralized procurement was implemented, the company's sales of hemodialyzers and hemodialysis tubing increased significantly, and its market share further increased. The company continues to optimize its supply chain and product lines, conducts new product research and development and iterative upgrades of existing products, and launches innovative products such as "wet membrane" dialyzers to effectively solve clinical pain points, enhance patient benefits and user stickiness, and improve product profitability. In December 2025, the "Twenty-Three Provinces" Hemodialysis Medical Consumables Alliance centralized procurement started to continue the procurement work. The company's various blood purification products, including "wet membrane" dialyzers, were included in the selected product catalog, laying a solid foundation for further increasing the market share of the company's key products. Since April 30, 2026, Henan, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hunan and other provinces have successively issued implementation notices for the continued procurement of hemodialysis medical consumables to promote the implementation of the winning results.

Products have obtained market certification in many countries, and the process of globalization has accelerated.

The company has further promoted the process of globalization strategy, and by the end of the reporting period, it had obtained overseas self-owned certificates for 88 products. By continuing to improve the global self-hosted certification system and deepening the linkage of "equipment + consumables" overseas, the company's blood purification business has further strengthened its international market layout, significantly enhanced global competitiveness, and laid a solid foundation for brand globalization. At the same time, the company pays close attention to changes in industry access and trade policies in key overseas countries and regions, strengthens in-depth cooperation with key overseas customers, and further expands overseas market territory.

Production capacity construction is expanded in an orderly manner with significant economies of scale.

In order to meet the growing market demand for hemodialysis products, realize the efficient and flexible allocation of the company's resources, reserve new production capacity for new products with broad market space, and achieve rapid expansion of new businesses such as vascular intervention, the company closely follows the market demand and relies on the advanced production technology, multi-base construction and operation management experience accumulated in the field of medical devices. It has deployed key product production capacity in multiple production bases such as Nanchang in Jiangxi, Kunming in Yunnan, and Meishan in Sichuan, giving full play to the different location advantages of each base to quickly respond to market demand. Among them, Sichuan Weilisheng, as a key fulcrum in the company's development strategy in the western region, can achieve efficient coordination of resources, drive collaborative growth of consumables business with dialysis equipment, and draw a blueprint for the innovative development of the entire blood purification industry chain. At present, Sichuan Weilisheng has hemodialysis series such as disposable hemodialyzers (dry film/wet film, Qualcomm/non-Qualcomm), hemodialysis concentrate, hemodialysis powder, disposable hemodialysis tubing, and dialysis machine disinfectant.

Summary of the 2026 Semi-Annual Report of Jiangxi Sanxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

The product registration certificate and the gradual release of production capacity have laid a solid foundation for the company to deeply explore the western market.

The dialysis membrane spinning line, dialyzer assembly line, and dialysate production line that have been built in the Jiangxi hemodialysis series product R&D and production base project have been put into operation one after another, providing solid production capacity guarantee for the steadily growing market demand. The company issued convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects to raise no more than 530 million yuan, which will be used to expand the annual output of 10 million bundles of hemodialysis membranes and 10 million hemodialyzers, build a new hemodialysis pipeline production line with an annual output of 30 million sets, and supporting engineering projects. Before the raised funds are in place, the company will invest in project construction with its own funds. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further promote the steady expansion of the company's key core product production capacity, better meet the steadily growing market demand and expand product scale efficiency, create a demonstration highland for the central medical device industry, and consolidate the company's leading position in the industry. Create an intelligent operation platform and empower high-quality industrial systems
