1. Overview of related party transactions
Chongqing Laimei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 51st meeting of the fifth board of directors on March 30, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Carrying out Deposit Business and Related Transactions in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank Co., Ltd.". In order to improve the efficiency of fund use and increase the income from idle self-owned funds, while ensuring the company's normal operations and taking into account the company's actual situation and future development needs, the company plans to use idle self-owned funds of no more than RMB 700 million (inclusive) to carry out deposit business at Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank Co., Ltd.
