On February 28, 2026, the 37th meeting of the 10th board of directors of Guangxi Wuzhou Zhongheng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Zhongheng Group") reviewed and approved the "Proposal of Guangxi Wuzhou Zhongheng Group Co., Ltd. on the appointment of Ms. Jiang Meifang as the deputy general manager of the company." According to the "Articles of Association", the "Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Market-oriented Operation Mechanism of the Leadership Team of Zhongheng Group" and other relevant regulations, combined with the company's actual work needs, in order to strengthen the company's operation and management, a strong management team was assembled. After nomination by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Ms. Jiang Meifang as the deputy general manager of the company. The term starts from the date of review and approval by the current board of directors and ends on the expiration date of the tenth session of the board of directors.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Jiang Meifang does not hold shares in the company, and has no related relationship with the company’s directors, senior managers, actual controllers or shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares. Her qualifications are in compliance with the Company Law, Articles of Association and other relevant regulations.
