The term of the 11th Board of Directors of Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") expires on June 13, 2025. In view that the nomination of candidates for the new board of directors has not yet been completed, in order to ensure the continuity and stability of the work of the board of directors, the company's board of directors has postponed the election. The terms of the directors of the 11th board of directors, members of the special committees of the board of directors and senior managers have been postponed accordingly.
