(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the ninth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the eighth meeting of the fourth board of supervisors on October 30, 2025, and held the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025 on November 18, 2025. The "Proposal on Cancellation of the Supervisory Board and Amendment of the Articles of Association" was considered and approved.
