(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation, Anhui Provincial Taxation Bureau. The certificate number is GR202534001271. The certificate is issued on October 28, 2025, and is valid for three years.

The recognition of Xuancheng Minova, Innovation Research Institute, and Minova Tiankang as high-tech enterprises will be re-identified after the expiration of the original certificates. According to the "Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises", the "Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, Xuancheng Minova, Innovation Research Institute, and Minova Tiankang will be re-certified within three years after they obtain the high-tech enterprise certification (i.e., 2025, 2026, 2027 Year) can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state for high-tech enterprises, that is, pay corporate income tax at a tax rate of 15%.
