Announcement on Change of Continuous Supervision Sponsor Representative

Pleco Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Letter Regarding the Replacement of the Sponsor Representative for the Continuous Supervision of the Non-Public Issuance of Stocks of Pleco Bioengineering Co., Ltd." issued by Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai United Securities"). As the sponsor of the company's non-public issuance of stocks in 2021, Huatai United Securities originally appointed Mr. Zhen Qing and Mr. Zhang Ruosi as the sponsor representatives for continuous supervision. Currently, Mr. Zhang Ruosi cannot continue to serve as the sponsor representative during the ongoing supervision period due to personal job changes. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the company's ongoing supervision work, Huatai United Securities has appointed Mr. Han Feichong (see the attachment for resume details) to replace Mr. Zhang Ruosi as the sponsor representative for the ongoing supervision period and continue to perform the responsibilities of ongoing supervision.

After this change of sponsor representatives, the sponsor representatives for continuous supervision of the company's non-public issuance of stocks in 2021 will be Mr. Zhen Qing and Mr. Han Feichong, and the continuous supervision period will end until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Mr. Han Feichong is currently the business line director and sponsor representative of Huatai United Securities Investment Banking.
