Zhengzhou Antu Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhengzhou Imino Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Imino"), and its secondary subsidiary Zhengzhou Biaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengzhou Biaoyuan") recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Henan Provincial Department of Finance, and the Henan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, and were recognized as high-tech enterprises. The certificate numbers are: GR202541002114 and GR202541001628. The certificate issuance dates are November 4, 2025, and the validity periods are three years.
This is a re-certification after the expiration of the original high-tech enterprise certificate of the above-mentioned subsidiary. According to relevant national regulations, the above-mentioned subsidiary can continue to enjoy the country's preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (2025 to 2027) since it was re-certified as a high-tech enterprise, that is, it pays corporate income tax at a rate of 15%.
In 2025, subsidiaries Imino and Zhengzhou Biaoyuan have filed tax returns and prepaid taxes at a corporate income tax rate of 15%. Therefore, obtaining the high-tech enterprise certificate this time will not affect the company's relevant financial data in 2025.
