Announcement on the recognition of wholly-owned subsidiaries and secondary subsidiaries as high-tech enterprises

Zhengzhou Sikun Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sikun Bio"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhengzhou Antu Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and Zhengzhou Matris Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Matris Bio"), a secondary subsidiary, recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Henan Provincial Department of Finance, and the Henan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, and were recognized as high-tech enterprises. The certificate numbers are: GR202541001506 and GR202541001407. The certificate issuance dates are November 4, 2025, and the validity periods are three years.

This is the first time that the above-mentioned subsidiary has obtained the recognition of a high-tech enterprise. According to relevant national regulations, the above-mentioned subsidiary will enjoy the country's preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (2025 to 2027) since it has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, that is, it will pay corporate income tax at a rate of 15%.
