(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") evaluated the independence of the company's current independent directors Liu Bang, Mei Ting, and Fan Hongyu and issued the following special opinions:
After verification of the employment experience of the company's current independent directors Liu Bang, Mei Ting, and Fan Hongyu and the relevant self-examination documents signed by them, it is found that none of the above persons holds any position in the company other than independent directors, nor does they hold any position in the company's major shareholder units. There is no interest relationship with the company or major shareholders or other relationships that may hinder their independent and objective judgment. Therefore, the company's current independent directors will always maintain independence in 2025, complying with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies", "Shanghai Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operations" and the relevant requirements for the independence of independent directors in the "Articles of Association" and "Working System of Independent Directors", effectively perform the duties of independent directors, and provide fair and independent professional opinions for the company's decision-making.
