Special report on self-examination of independence of independent directors

According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and "Self-Regulation Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operations", independent directors should conduct self-examinations on their independence of office every year and submit the self-examination results to the board of directors. The board of directors should evaluate the independence of serving independent directors every year and issue special opinions. Based on this, the board of directors of Zhejiang Shouxiangu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") evaluated the independence of the company's independent directors in 2025 and issued the following special opinions:

After verification of the employment experience of independent directors Qian Hongdao, Zhu Ming, and Jin Ying and the relevant self-examination documents signed by them, it was found that the above persons did not hold any position in the company other than independent directors, nor did they hold any position in the company's major shareholder company. There is no interest relationship with the company or major shareholders or other relationships that may hinder their independent and objective judgment. Therefore, the company's independent directors meet the relevant requirements for the independence of independent directors in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and "Shanghai Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operations".
