1. Equity registration date for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The company is a company established under Swiss law and its shares are listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq Exchange of the United States (hereinafter referred to as "Nasdaq"), and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). In order to comply with the laws and regulations of the company's registration place and the rules of each listing place, the company hereby discloses this announcement to clarify the equity registration date for the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders.
In order to determine the qualifications of shareholders to attend and vote at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the rules of the place of listing, the company has made the following arrangements for the equity registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
(1) Shareholders of the company’s A shares: The equity registration date is May 22, 2026 (Friday) (Beijing time, China). Shareholders of the company registered at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. at the close of the afternoon on the equity registration day have the right to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (see the table below for details), and can entrust a proxy in writing to attend the meeting and vote. (2) Swiss shareholders of the company: The record date is 12:00 noon (Central European Summer Time) on Friday, May 22, 2026.
(3) Hong Kong shareholders of the company: The record date is 6:00 pm on Friday, May 22, 2026 (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China time). All completed share transfer forms together with the relevant share certificates must be delivered to the company's Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, for share transfer registration before 4:30 pm (Hong Kong SAR time) on Friday, May 22, 2026.
(4) Holders of the company’s American depositary shares: The record date is 6:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026 (New York time, United States).
