(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 17th meeting of the ninth board of directors on March 26, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Plan to Repurchase the Company's Shares through Centralized Bidding Transactions". For details, please refer to the company's announcement on March 27, 2026. The "Plan on Repurchasing Shares through Centralized Bidding Transactions" (announcement number: 2026-018) was disclosed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website (www.sse.com.cn) on the same day.
