The board of directors of Shanghai Mengke Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a resignation report submitted by Ms. Feng Zhu, the securities affairs representative. Due to personal reasons, Ms. Fengzhu applied to resign as the company's securities affairs representative. After her resignation, she will no longer hold any position in the company. Her resignation will be effective from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
