Announcement on the resignation of the deputy general manager

The board of directors of Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the "Company") received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Zheng Zhonghui, the company's deputy general manager, on September 5, 2025. Mr. Zheng Zhonghui applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company due to personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold a senior management position in the company.
In accordance with relevant regulations such as the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Zheng Zhonghui’s resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zheng Zhonghui has no commitments that should be fulfilled but have not been fulfilled. His resignation will not affect the company's normal production and operation activities. During his tenure, he had no disagreements with the company's board of directors, and there are no relevant matters that need to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Zheng Zhonghui holds 397,550 A shares of the company. After his resignation, he will continue to manage his shares in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and normative documents.
