Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to further strengthen the communication between Shanxi Zhendong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and investors and potential investors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Investors"), deepen investors' understanding and recognition of the company, promote the establishment of long-term, stable and positive relationships between the company and investors, promote the company's integrity, self-discipline and standardized operations, improve the corporate governance structure, enhance the company's investment value, maximize the company's value and shareholders' interests, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law") " This system is specially formulated based on the provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the Guidelines on Relations between Listed Companies and Investors, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "GEM Listing Rules"), the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 2 - Standardized Operations of GEM Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Standardized Operations Guidelines"), and the Articles of Association of Shanxi Zhendong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), based on the actual situation of the company.
Article 2 Investor relations management refers to the important management work of the company to strengthen communication with investors and potential investors through information disclosure and exchange, enhance investors' understanding and recognition of the company, and improve corporate governance levels to maximize the company's overall interests and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors.
Chapter 2 Basic Principles and Purposes of Investor Relations Management

Article 4 The purpose of investor relations management:
(1) Promote a positive relationship between the company and investors and enhance investors’ further understanding and familiarity with the company.
(2) Establish a stable and high-quality investor base and obtain long-term market support.
(3) Form a corporate culture that serves investors and respects investors.
(4) An investment philosophy that promotes the maximization of the company's overall interests and the growth of shareholders' wealth.
(5) Increase the transparency of company information disclosure and improve corporate governance.
Chapter 3 Investor Relations Management Department Settings
Article 5 The secretary of the board of directors serves as the person in charge of investor relations management and is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and arrangement of the company's investor relations work, including: responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of the company's investor relations plan; coordinating and organizing the company's information disclosure matters; comprehensively coordinating, arranging and participating in the company's major investor relations activities; formulating the evaluation and assessment system for the company's investor relations work; providing consultation for the company's major decisions; introducing the company's senior management to the company's information disclosure progress and capital market trends, etc.
Article 6 The Securities Department is the company’s centralized management department and daily work organization for carrying out investor relations work. The investor relations staff of the Securities Department carry out information disclosure work under the leadership of the Secretary of the Board of Directors and maintain good daily communication and exchanges with investors, securities analysts and financial media reporters; implement the company's various investor relations activities; timely summarize and report capital market trends and investors' views and suggestions on the industry and the company; participate in important company meetings and play a consulting role.
Article 7 The investor relations management department shall formulate a complete investor relations management work system and work specifications.
Article 8 The Securities Department shall conduct appropriate training on investor relations management knowledge to all employees of the company, especially directors, senior managers and heads of relevant departments. Provide special training when carrying out major investor relations promotion activities.
Other directors, officers and employees of the Company should refrain from speaking on behalf of the Company at investor relations events unless expressly authorized and trained to do so.
Article 9 The heads of each department at the company's headquarters, branches and subsidiaries are the designated contact persons for information disclosure and the person responsible for investor relations of the department and the company. They are responsible for the collection and integration of information of the unit, as well as daily contact with the company's securities department; on the premise of not affecting production and operation and keeping commercial secrets, the person responsible for investor relations of each unit is responsible for providing relevant information to the securities department and ensuring that the information is timely, accurate and complete.
Chapter 4 Contents and Methods of Investor Relations Management
Article 10 The work objects of investor relations management:
(1) Investors (including registered investors and potential investors);
(2) Financial media, industry media and other communication media;
(3) Securities analysts;
(4) Securities regulatory authorities and other relevant regulatory agencies;
(5) Other relevant individuals and institutions.
Article 11 The content of communication between the company and investors mainly includes:
(1) The company’s development strategy, which mainly includes the company’s development direction, development plan, competition strategy and operating principles;
(2) Legal information disclosure and explanations, including regular reports and temporary announcements;
(3) The company's operating and management information and major matters that can be disclosed in accordance with the law, including but not limited to: the company's production and operation status, financial status, research and development of new products or new technologies, operating performance, dividend distribution, etc.; the company's major investments and changes, asset restructuring, acquisitions and mergers, external cooperation, external guarantees, major contracts, related transactions, major litigation or arbitration, changes in management, changes in major shareholders, etc.;

(5) Other information related to the company that investors are concerned about.
Article 12 The ways for the company to communicate with investors include but are not limited to:

Article 13 The responsibilities of investor relations management include:

Chapter 5 Supplementary Provisions
Article 14 Matters not covered in this system shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national laws, regulations, normative documents and the "Articles of Association"; if this system conflicts with laws and regulations promulgated by the country in the future or the "Articles of Association" after legal procedures, they shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national laws, regulations and the "Articles of Association", and shall be revised immediately and submitted to the board of directors for review and approval.
