(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is scheduled to hold the 2025 online performance briefing (hereinafter referred to as the "annual performance briefing") on April 17, 2026 (Friday) from 15:00-16:30. This annual performance briefing will be held remotely through the "Interactive" platform provided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Investors can log in to the "Interactive" platform of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) and enter the "Cloud Interview" column to participate in this annual performance briefing.
Personnel attending this annual performance briefing include: Dr. Boliang Lou, the company’s chairman and CEO (general manager), Mr. Li Chengzong, chief financial officer (financial controller) and secretary of the board of directors, and Mr. Yu Jian, independent non-executive director.
