Note: The listed company disposed of part of the equity of Hunan Haiyi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Haiyi") on April 17, 2023. After the disposal, it no longer has control over it and switched to equity method accounting. Hunan Haiyi is no longer a subsidiary within the scope of the group's consolidation. On April 17, 2023, Hunan Haiyi had a loan of RMB 33,393,069.60 due to Anker Innovation, which passively formed the company's financial assistance to Hunan Haiyi. The two parties agreed that the loan should be repaid within 60 months. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on the Transfer of Partial Equity Interests in Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries and the Constitution of Passive Financial Assistance" (2023-021) disclosed by the company on April 19, 2023. In 2026, the company accrued a loan interest of RMB 359,759.91 to Hunan Haiyi according to the loan contract, and Hunan Haiyi will repay the principal and interest in total RMB 7,321,448.34 according to the installment repayment plan. As of June 30, 2026, the company's loan receivable balance from Hunan Haiyi was RMB 12,720,528.54.
