The board of directors of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from the company's financial director Ms. Zhou Yana. Ms. Zhou Yana applied to resign from the company's financial director due to personal reasons.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Company Law", "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operations of Main Board Listed Companies" and the "Articles of Association", his resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. Ms. Zhou Yana's resignation as the company's financial director will not affect the normal progress of the company's related work.
