The Jiawang Branch of Jiangsu Enhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" ((Su Xujia) Emergency Penalty [2026] No. 27) issued by the Jiawang District Emergency Management Bureau of Xuzhou City. The relevant information is now announced as follows:
1. Main contents of the administrative penalty decision letter
On April 7, 2026, the Central Production Safety Assessment and Inspection Team conducted an overt and covert inspection of production safety at Jiawang Branch and found that there were potential safety hazards such as ultra-variety production and ultra-range storage behaviors. In accordance with the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals", the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Jiangsu Province Benchmarks for Administrative Penalty Discretion in Work Safety" (2026 Edition) and the "Measures for Administrative Penalties for Violations of Production Safety" and other relevant regulations, the Jiawang District Emergency Management Bureau imposed a combined fine of RMB 491,700 (four hundred and ninety-nine thousand one thousand seven hundred yuan) on the Jiawang Branch for illegal acts.
2. Corrective measures and results taken by the company
The company and Jiawang Branch attached great importance to it and immediately organized rectification. All the above problems have been rectified on May 10, 2026. As of May 18, the Jiawang District Emergency Management Bureau has conducted an on-site review and confirmed that the problems have been rectified. At present, the relevant fines have been paid. At the same time, Jiawang Branch has carried out systematic investigation and rectification actions to further improve the safety production management system, enhance the level of intrinsic safety assurance, and ensure safe production and operations.
