The round is led by Lilly Asia Ventures, a leading biomedical venture capital firm, with participation from Pivotal bioVenture Partners and existing investors, including Shanghai Healthcare Capital, Lapam Capital, and TTM Capital. Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance pre-clinical and clinical development of multiple programs from the Company's globally competitive CNS pipeline, which aims to address major unmet clinical needs worldwide.
