On the morning of November 27, 2012, at 9 a.m., Han Yi, the Secretary of the Pengzhou Municipal Committee, along with Zhang Ming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Pengzhou Municipal Committee, Huang Longrong, the Deputy Mayor of Pengzhou, Yang Jun, a member of the municipal government party group, and responsible comrades from departments such as the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Development Zone, Finance Bureau, Construction Bureau, Planning Bureau, Land Bureau, Supervision Office, and Government Office, visited Sichuan Guangda for on-site work.

Zeng Yongqing, the General Manager of Sichuan Guangda, accompanied Secretary Han and his team to first visit the factory area and the antiviral granule packaging production line, and introduced the overall situation of Guangda Company and the traditional Chinese medicine production process. In the second-floor conference room, General Manager Zeng reported in detail on the company's operating conditions and the construction of the new factory, as well as the issues that need coordination and resolution by the municipal party committee and government, including relocation policies, land conversion of the old factory, planning adjustments, construction of basic supporting facilities for the new factory, and energy security. Subsequently, the heads of the participating government units and Zhang Ming, a member of the Standing Committee, spoke respectively to address several issues raised by Guangda.

After listening to Guangda's report and the speeches from various units, Secretary Han said: Guangda Pharmaceutical is a key advantageous enterprise and a key tax source unit in Pengzhou. It is one of the few high-tech enterprises and innovative enterprises in Pengzhou, making significant contributions to the economic construction and social development of Pengzhou. The purpose of my visit this time is to promote the progress of the Guangda new factory construction project and strive for it to be completed and put into production as soon as possible.

Subsequently, Secretary Han conducted on-site work and instructed relevant government departments to implement the several issues raised by Guangda one by one. General Manager Zeng expressed heartfelt thanks to Secretary Han and his team for visiting the company for on-site work, stating that under the care and leadership of the Pengzhou Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, they will strive to make greater contributions to the economic and social development of Pengzhou.
