Time flies so fast, and it’s the fourth quarter in a blink of an eye. The team leader training in September has just come to an end, and some departments came to make appointments to experience the latest competitive PK team building in the team leader training camp. It seems that the public is still very discerning. A fun and meaningful team-building activity does not need to be promoted, so people will naturally choose it. This is another new innovation for corporate culture by the Personnel and Administration Department after the "order-based" cultural activities. In accordance with everyone's requests, two additional special experience activities will be held in October to satisfy the wishes of interested friends.
Two experience activities were held in Xingsheng Street Factory and Liangshuihe Factory respectively. A total of more than 70 employees from the Marketing Center, Engineering Equipment Department, Quality Inspection Department, and Production Department actively signed up and participated in the activities. Although the event was short, I believe everyone relaxed and got closer amidst the laughter and laughter, and gained a deeper understanding of the key steps of teamwork and problem solving.

These antique models aroused everyone's strong curiosity and desire to explore the moment they first saw them. Under the careful explanation of Mr. Yang Ming from the Human Resources Department, the presentation of a bucket, an arch, and carved beams and painted buildings not only allowed everyone to feel the light of ancient Chinese architectural wisdom, but also gave everyone a concrete understanding of the spirit of teamwork.

Relying on these exquisite mortise and tenon models, the personnel department carefully designed an assembly competition PK. Under the leadership of Teacher Yang Ming, each group went from being in a hurry at first to being able to do it with ease. Every attempt was an ultimate challenge to teamwork, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. From ten minutes to 40 seconds, to the Liangshuihe Factory Marketing Center team’s 26 seconds, and the Xingsheng Street Factory Quality Inspection Department team’s astonishing record of 24 seconds, every second of improvement embodies the team’s wisdom and sweat, and every breakthrough is accompanied by cheers and applause from the scene.

More than an hour of competitive PK seemed to last in the blink of an eye. After the excitement and joy, under the guidance of Teacher Yang Ming, everyone thought about the actual work, and the gains from the game were also presented one by one. Everyone spoke actively, with different experiences, and shared wonderful insights, which received admiring applause from the friends in the venue.
When the competition came to an end, the friends were still unsatisfied and said: It was so nervous and so interesting.
