Chengdu Chengdu Shengnuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has entrusted Beijing Zhongqi Jingcheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the preparation of the environmental impact report for the "Innovative Peptide Drug CDMO and API Industrialization Project". In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Order No. 4), the relevant information on the environmental impact assessment of the project is now disclosed as follows:

Construction scale and content: The company's existing API design annual capacity is 1504kg/a, and the actual production capacity is 404kg/a. Subject to the current production capacity, approximately 7,362 square meters of existing factory buildings and supporting buildings will be utilized. New peptide synthesizer, peptide cleavage reactor, peptide synthesis cleavage reaction equipment, art refrigeration system, purified water system, vacuum system, air pressure system, vacuum drying oven, freeze dryer, liquid preparation system, preparative high-pressure liquid phase, preparative high-pressure liquid phase, analyzer Analysis high-pressure liquid phase analyzer, purification auxiliary equipment, sample processing and finished product packaging equipment, other production auxiliary equipment, etc., supporting the construction of corresponding fire protection, improvement of environmental protection disposal system, improvement of fire protection water supply and accident emergency pool system, improvement of public auxiliary facilities and storage facilities. After the completion of the project, our company's API production capacity will be increased to 748kg/a, independent R&D production capacity will be 10kg/a, and innovative peptide drug CDMO production capacity will be 92kg/a.
Total investment: The total project investment is 258 million yuan.
Existing projects and their environmental protection status: All existing projects in operation have completed relevant environmental protection procedures such as environmental assessment, acceptance, and pollution discharge permits. During the operation of existing projects, no environmental accidents or complaints have occurred. According to the routine supervisory monitoring reports and on-site investigations of existing projects, wastewater, waste gas, and noise in the existing factory areas can all meet emission standards, solid waste is also properly handled, and the environmental management system is sound.
