Announcement on the resignation of the R&D project leader

1. Basic situation
Guangzhou Chuanger Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a resignation application from Mr. Ni Zhijian, the head of the R&D project. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company.
(1) Details of the person in charge of the R&D project
Mr. Ni Zhijian joined the company in August 2024 and served as a researcher during his tenure. He was the project leader of "Project 2" of the "Top Five R&D Projects with R&D Investment" in the "2025 Annual Report" (Announcement No.: 2026-012). He resigned on September 8 and has completed the handover of work with the company's R&D team.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Ni Zhijian does not hold any shares of the company.
(2) Participated R&D projects and patents
Mr. Ni Zhijian participated in the research and development of some of the company's R&D projects during his tenure. The company and Mr. Ni Zhijian have confirmed that the intellectual property rights of Mr. Ni Zhijian's inventions, technical secrets and other intellectual achievements that he made while performing his duties or mainly using the company's material and technical conditions belong to the company.
Announcement No.: 2026-037 belongs to the company. There are no disputes or potential disputes involving job results or intellectual property rights.
(3) Confidentiality and non-competition restrictions
Mr. Ni Zhijian signed relevant agreements with the company such as the Intellectual Property Ownership and Confidentiality Agreement, the Non-Competition Agreement, and the Letter of Commitment to Confidentiality of Business Secrets for R&D Personnel Resignation. The two parties agreed on the confidentiality content, non-competition matters and other related rights and obligations and liability for breach of contract. Mr. Ni Zhijian has corresponding confidentiality obligations for the company's commercial secrets that he knows.
2. The impact of the resignation of the R&D project leader on the company
Through long-term technology accumulation and development, the company is not dependent on a single R&D technician. Mr. Ni Zhijian's resignation will not have a significant impact on the promotion and implementation of the company's ongoing research projects, nor will it affect the company's continued research and development of core technologies. Nevertheless, in view of the high sensitivity of core technical information, even if the company has adopted confidentiality control measures, his departure still brings potential risks of technical leaks. The company will continue to strengthen the confidentiality defense line to strictly guard against risks brought by technical leaks to the company.
