MindRank Pharma and Henlius Announce Strategic Collaboration to Co-Develop AI-Powered Platforms for Next-Generation ADCs and Anti-Aging Therapies

On January 19, 2024, MindRank, a clinical-stage AI-driven innovative drug research and development company, announced a strategic cooperation with Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Henlius", 2696.HK).Jointly develop an AI-empowered Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) and anti-aging therapy platform.

The two parties will fully combine the unique technical advantages of Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc.'s integrated biopharmaceutical platform in the fields of antibodies and Linker-Payload, as well as MindRank's cutting-edge practical insights in AI pharmaceuticals.

Jointly develop an AI-powered ADC drug discovery platform, dedicated to accelerating the research and development of a new generation of ADC drugs with more differentiated clinical efficacy.

This collaboration will also leverage MindRank's self-developed AI large language model for biopharmaceuticals and its deep data accumulation to jointly develop.
